Serenity Room Located directly off the Chen Chow Onyx Lounge, this room holds the opulence and inner peace one can expect when dining here. From the crystal chandeliers above to the intricate granite walls and fine leather booths indulge your inner self with Serenity. This room can accommodate up to 25 guests.
Masterfully decorated, the Chen Chow Onyx lounge holds one of the largest bars made from onyx, situated in the center; this grand focal piece will truly stun any and all who gaze upon it. The Onyx lounge features plush eel skin seating upon marble tables, surrounded by the adorned walls of fine fabrics and cast iron designs. A sight to behold, the onyx lounge can accommodate all your cocktail reception needs from 15 guests to 100 guests allow us to make the evening a momentous one.
Shou Room Immerse yourself in Chen Chow’s only private dining room; located within the heart of the excitement this room is sure to accommodate all your parties needs. While the imported leathers and deep accents of wood adorn the walls, the Shou Room has much more to offer. Completely sound proof and fully equipped with audio and visual equipment, this room is sure to accommodate every businessman’s needs as well as those who seek a more intimate gathering. This room can accommodate up to 50 guests for dinner or 70 for a cocktail reception. Menu Selection Any party of 15 or more is required to have a limited menu with guaranteed entrée counts. The final count is due 3 days prior to the scheduled event. You will be charged for your guaranteed number.
Room Charges and Advanced Deposits A $500 to $1000 deposit is required for specific rooms and times. This deposit is applied to the final bill at the end of function. All deposits are non refundable. Certain restrictions apply during peak times and are subject to change without notice.
Service Charges and Tax All food and beverage is subject to a 20% service charge and a 6% sales tax No outside food or beverage is allowed, if a guest would like to bring an outside cake it must be approved prior by a member of management. Chen Chow will then charge a cake cutting fee of $1.50 per person. Audio and Visual Chen Chow’s Shou Room is equipped with its own audio and visual equipment. A fee of $75.00/$150.00 will be charged for use of this equipment. Should any further equipment be required please talk to a catering manager for details. Linen and Decorations Chen Chow provides the use of black tablecloths and napkins for events. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide any other linen that should be required or have Chen Chow rent at an additional charge. Any and all decorations are to be approved prior to event date, and are limited to flowers and balloons. At not time are taper candles or confetti allowed in the restaurant without prior approval.
